Corey Crawford Retires

Corey Crawford has retired from the NHL after 10 seasons.

The Devils were expecting Crawford to split time with Mackenzie Blackwood in net. It remains to be seen how the Devils will address the hole left in net. Scott Darling was released from a PTO in Florida and may be an option for them. Craig Anderson is on a PTO in Washington and could be of interest if he can’t beat out Vitek Vanecek in camp.
