Elliotte Friedman reports that there are rumblings about Duncan Keith getting traded West.
Elliotte’s geographic description would seem to include only Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Seattle. I’d venture to say that Edmonton seems to be the most likely of the group, based on cap space and team needs.
Keith, 37, has two more seasons on his contract at a cap hit of $5.538 million. He has a full no-movement clause, so he’s in total control of his next destination, if there is one.
