Peter Fish, the agent for Jack Eichel, believes the two sides are heading towards a resolution, John Vogl of the Athletic reports.
“We have definitely been communicating with the team and we are heading towards a resolution,” says Fish.
GM Kevyn Adams concedes that the team and the player still disagree about how to proceed with his neck injury, so it stands to reason the resolution the agent is referring to is a trade.
Minnesota, Anaheim and the Rangers are among the teams rumored to be in on Eichel trade talks.
