Jakub Vrana has signed a three-year deal with the Detroit Red Wings.
Vrana had filed for arbitration and his hearing was scheduled for tomorrow, but the two sides avoided having an arbitrator settle their fates.
Vrana, 25, went to Detroit after being traded from Washington in the Anthony Mantha trade. He had 8 goals and 3 assists in 11 games with the Red Wings after the trade.
The three-year pact buys the Red Wings one of Vrana’s UFA years.
