Vince Mercogliano of the Westchester Journal News reports that a league source believes that Filip Chytil has been in trade talks between the Canucks and Rangers.
Elliotte Friedman reported yesterday that the Canucks got close on trading J.T. Miller, he believes to the Rangers.
If Mika Zibanejad is unwilling to waive his no-movement clause to facilitate a trade, Filip Chytil seems like to next natural fit to be included in a trade with the Canucks, who would need a center if they were to trade Miller. The Canucks would presumably need more in addition to Chytil.
