The Minnesota Wild have acquired Quinn Hughes from the Vancouver Canucks in exchange for Zeev Buium, Marco Rossi, Liam Ohgren and a 2026 1st round pick.
Hughes, 26, is signed through 2026-27 at a cap-hit of $7.85 million.
The Devils made a self-assessed “strong offer” reports Pierre Lebrun. Many assumed the Devils would acquire Quinn Hughes to play with his brothers Jack and Luke, and that narrative will presumably prevail heading towards Quinn’s impeding free agency in 2027.
