The Edmonton Oilers have signed John Klingberg as a free agent, Darren Dreger reports.
Klingberg, 32, last played for the Leafs in 2023-24, putting up 5 assists in 14 games before his season was ended by a hip injury.
Klingberg will join an Edmonton defense corps that has Evan Bouchard, Ty Emberson and Troy Stetcher on the right side.
