The Vancouver Canucks have re-signed Kevin Lankinen to a 5-year contract worth $4.5 million per season.
Lankinen, 29, signed a 1-year contract with the Canucks in late September to cover the team as Thatcher Demko recovered from his injury, which kept him out of the lineup for the beginning of the season. He performed well in that time, going 19-8-7 with a 0.905 SV%, earning himself a raise on the $875,000 he’s earned in 2024-25.
