• Blues offer-sheet Broberg, Holloway

    The St. Louis Blues have tendered offer sheets to Edmonton Oilers RFAs Philip Broberg and Dylan Holloway.

    The Oilers have 7 days to match either or both offers. According to Puck Pedia, they are currently over the salary cap with a 21-man roster not including either Broberg or Holloway. There are reports that Evander Kane could start the season on LTIR, which would give some flexibility.

    The Los Angeles Kings have re-signed Jordan Spence to a 2-year deal.

    Spence, 23, had 2 goals and 22 assists in 71 games with the Kings last season. He will have 2 RFA seasons remaining after this contract is complete.

    The Montreal Canadiens have re-signed Kaiden Guhle to a 6-year extension.

    Guhle has 1 more season on his entry-level contract, this new extension will kick in for the 2025-26 season.

    Faber was runner up to Connor Bedard in Calder voting for best rookie last season, putting up 8 goals and 39 assists in 82 games with the Wild.

    The Columbus Blue Jackets have re-signed Kent Johnson to a 3-year contract.

    Johnson, 21, had 6 goals and 10 assists in 42 games for Columbus last season.

    The Flyers have re-signed Travis Konecny to a 8-year contract.

    Konecny was set to be a UFA after the 2024-25 season. The 27-year old winger had 33 goals and 35 assists in 76 games for the Flyers last season.
