The Carolina Hurricanes have re-signed Seth Jarvis to a 8-year contract. Because of the deferred payment, Jarvis’ contract will carry a $7.5 million cap hit. Jarvis, 22, had 33 goals and 34 assists in 81 games with the Hurricanes last season. Continue reading
